My post count was sitting at 199 and it was really really bugging me. Return or Rewind was at 25, To Read or Not To Read was at 205 and Bimyakka at 199? Doesn't work at ALL. So here are some pictures to even things up.

Stand Up, Stand Up
Now that Addy can crawl (and fast at that too), she has decided she should try her foot at standing. She will use whatever she can to get a lift.

Fun Uncles
The boys came over to help us mow the lawn. It turned into quite a party.
We chalked the sidewalk.
Addy and Rudy played in the grass.
Meghan demonstrated the dangers of distracted driving.
And of course, the lawn got mowed.
What is it with these kids?
One of the worst sounds a mother can hear is her child crying for help. You look frantically trying to locate the source. Fortunately, you're more likely to run into something like this than bloody messes.
Thoughts on Hair
So, I've had short hair for awhile and I thought I'd share a few thoughts.
Styling: Fairly easy. But I have to do it every day or risk looking like a puffy yellow dandelion.
Appearance: I must say, I'm not all that keen on short hair for myself. Of all the styles I tried, the one on the top is my favorite - gelled down. Kyle, of course, favors the one below. He likes the duck tail at the back. I do feel like I get a decent variety of styles out of it because I HAVE to style it. With long hair, its usually the same every single day.
Utility: The purpose of cutting my hair short was to keep Meghan from rubbing it. It worked for all of maybe three weeks. Now, she is back to her old tricks. Oh well. On the other hand, it is nice that my hair is ALWAYS out of my face. That is perhaps one of the biggest pluses. I feel like overall, I am managing my hair less because I only do it once in the morning and don't have to worry about pulling it back, taming wispies or brushing it out of my face.
Other: I will admit that it is fun to be able to run my fingers through my own hair. Unfortunately, when it's gelled, I can't really do that. So, I have to either sacrifice texture or appearance.
Final Verdict: I actually feel rather ambiguous about it. I do have fun styling it. But I don't feel as pretty as I did with longer hair. On a further note, it costs money every month to keep it short. So in the long run, I think I'll be growing it back out. Maybe in the future I will try it short again. I am prone to hair cutting whims.

Mobile Unit
Addy has been leaping and bounding forward. Well, probably more like squirming and Army crawling but you get the idea. She can get pretty much anywhere she wants on her belly. She can also get sitting upright and stay there for quite a while. Unfortunately, she's not a perfect sitter yet and often I'll hear a "gurgle gurgle *THUMP* SQUEEEEEEEEL!!!" She hasn't figured out how to crawl quite yet, but she gets on all fours and revs her motor so she's almost there.
One problem she has is that she is a VERY drooly baby with a perpetual spit drip on her chin. When she gets on the tile, this spit drip makes a slick puddle that gives her a rough time when she wants to move forward.
Maggie Music
Meghan loves music. She calls her Fisher Price music Maggie Music because the first song on the CD starts with "Come On Maggie! Sing a song for us!" Kyle ripped the music and put it on his MP3 player for her to listen to. She finds it very relaxing.
Addy's First Bowl of Rice Cereal
Addy has been wanting real food for a while so we gave her some rice cereal. She loved it! I had to hold her hand to keep her from grabbing the spoon and pulling it our of my grasp. Now she usually has a bowl of rice cereal for breakfast, after which she sorely needs a bath.
More Utah Pictures
Here are some pictures from our trip to Utah.

Here is Meghan putting our mini-laptop to good use. We got the mini to make flying on the plane easier. We put a couple of Meghan's favorite movies on it (My Neighbor Totoro, Dora, and Thumbelina) and she would watch it for a good while. The mini has a battery life of 4 hours so its perfect for the job. And unlike a portable DVD player, we don't have to haul all our DVDs with us and risk losing them.

We went to visit the Knorrs a couple of times over the course of our vacation. Everybody liked spinning the computer chair. Meghan loves her cousins and still asks to see "Bonn."

We got a hotel room one evening in Logan when we were visiting the Knorrs. Here is our room. Also, a picture of the girls napping together while we were there.

Meghan found Nana's Mr. Potato Head set and decided they were just the right size for her.

Finally, some pictures of Adelaide and Nana!

By the end of the photo shoot, Nana was not happy about the camera flashes. So we photoed Daddy instead.
