Princess Hairstyles

We've been trying out some princess hairstyles at this site my sister recommended: http://www.princesshairstyles.com/

This is my favorite: simple, easy and pretty.

They do make for some awesome post-do styles too:

Cute Babies

Ice-cream Milkshake

Upset that Meghan had a milkshake and she only had an ice-cream cone (which she asked for, by the way), this was Addy's solution.

Mission: Laundry Retrieval

A few weeks ago, Kyle did the laundry.  I love it when Kyle does the laundry.  It's so helpful to me and I don't have to chase children around the laundromat or agonize over finding quarters for our complex laundry room.  However, there is a downside.  Kyle will occasionally forget loads. We love him anyways.

The laundromat we use is about 3/4 of a mile away so this time we decided to test out our wagon capacity.  Meghan walked the entire way there, but couldn't make it all the way home.  Boy, were my arms tired afterwards.

Haircut Repair - Round 2

So the scissor incident that resulted in the loss of Meghan's curls is still having consequences. Addy's hair is so thin and fine that while wisps on top are easy to ignore, longer length discrepancy means a strange uneven appearance. She also got the worse end of the self inflicted scissor accident with tufts of hair only an inch or two long. So recently, one of those tufts got long enough to mostly get incorporated. Admittedly it is a little shorter than I would like (oops on my part) but the point is to catch all the hair up to itself so that it looks more full. Here is the results of the evened up hairdo.
Addy delights in telling Daddy that "Mommy cut my hair! She was naughty and needs to go to the corner!"
