Trick or Treat

For Halloween we went to the party at Joe and Sarah's house. It started as a dance party.

Joe was the DJ until Silas needed to dance.
Even Adelaide got into the action.

Then it was time to go trick-or-treating. Kyle was the designated go-to-the-door parent for most of the trip. At one point Meghan started crying and when asked for a reason she said it was because she didn't have enough candy. Unfortunately, Meghan would run up to the door with the big kids and then run away without getting candy because she was scared of the people. She totally missed the guy who was giving out whole bags of candy. Oh well.

The small kids got tired and had to go home while Joe took the big girls around some more. So we started carving pumpkins.

Addy really wanted to carve her own.

But we had to go before the pumpkins were done and before the big girls got back. But I hear they got a ton of candy.
